FiRA DAO

Commercial Terms

Payments, flexibility, and alignment

Clear commercial terms. No hidden mechanics.

FiRA DAO structures commercial relationships to be predictable, flexible, and aligned with delivery — without forcing long-term commitments or opaque pricing models.

Engagement pricing

Simple pricing structures

We work with two primary engagement formats:

Hourly rate — for ongoing or flexible scope work

Milestone-based estimates — for partners who want predictability

In milestone engagements, hours are estimated upfront so scope and cost are clear before work begins.

There is no bundled or “black box” pricing. You see exactly what you're paying for.

Invoicing & transparency

Straightforward billing

Clear invoices tied to work delivered

No hidden management fees

No markup for tools, platforms, or internal processes unless agreed upfront

Our goal is to keep commercial terms easy to understand and easy to compare.

Geographic & payment flexibility

Multiple jurisdictions, compliant structure

FiRA DAO operates through incorporated legal entities in:

  • United States (Delaware)
  • United Arab Emirates
  • Armenia

This allows partners to contract and pay through the jurisdiction that best fits their legal or operational needs.

Crypto-friendly (optional)

For partners who prefer or require it, FiRA DAO can accept cryptocurrency payments. This is an option — not a requirement — and does not change contractual responsibility or delivery accountability.

Scaling & commitment

Flexible by design

No long-term commitment required upfront

Engagements can scale up or down as needs change

Scope and cadence adjust as projects evolve

This allows partners to start cautiously and expand collaboration only when it makes sense.

Alignment models (selective)

Revenue share or equity participation

In some cases, FiRA DAO may align more closely with partners through revenue share or equity components.

These arrangements:

  • apply only to existing, revenue-generating digital businesses
  • are evaluated case by case
  • are capped and structured contractually
  • do not replace standard delivery compensation

FiRA DAO does not work primarily for equity and is not a venture capital firm.

What commercial terms are not

To avoid misunderstandings, our commercial model does not include:

  • speculative, unpaid work
  • “free” development in exchange for exposure
  • equity-only arrangements for pre-revenue ideas
  • hidden lock-in through proprietary platforms

Commercial clarity exists to protect both sides.

Why this structure exists

Our commercial terms are designed to:

keep incentives aligned with delivery quality

reduce hidden overhead

allow long-term collaboration without forcing commitment

make costs predictable and comparable

The goal is professional execution with minimal friction — not financial complexity.
